Every order is carefully checked and packed before shipping. If you need to request a return, please review the policy below.
Return Eligibility
- Jewelry products can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be in their original condition with original packaging.
- Printed goods (including bandanas, riso prints)Â are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Request Process
Before shipping your return, you must submit a refund request via email to hello@archean.store with clear photos of the item(s) and a description of the issue. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted for refunds.
Return Shipping & Refunds
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund if it meets the conditions stated above. We will notify you once the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
